Candidate Requirements:

• 4–8 years of backend software engineering experience

• Strong builder/founder experience - ideally a founder (CTO) or founding engineer in a VC funded company with traction

• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI/Flask

• Top Tier University - IITs

• Clear, meaningful reason to switch jobs - not just passively looking

• Bonus: Experience with fintech, ERP/accounting systems, or AI infra is great—but not required

Must Haves

• Competitive Programming or Math Olympiad backgrounds - IOI, USACO Camp, USACO Platinum ACM ICPC World FInals, USAMO honorable mention, USAMO winner, MOP qualifier, IMO

• Worked at a startup from seed to Series A/B.

• Competitive programming background (ICPC finalist, Olympiad, etc.)

• Blend of experience across unicorn or big tech companies (Uber, Stripe, Plaid, Lyft, Instacart, Coinbase, Robinhood) and early stage startups

• ETL/data engineering experience

Location and other Notes

• Will be Remote (in Bangalore) to start but will be opening up an in-person office within next 3 to 6 months as the team expands.

• 6-day/week highly committed team; early engineering hire (3rd–4th backend)
