Our client is looking for a experienced recruiter or career coach who would be interested in a part time gig helping electricians, technicians find and secure employment as controls & automation technicians/engineers/PLC programmers. You would be a career coach to help our PLC/automation students with resumes, LinkedIn, and interview prep.

Responsibilities Include:

• Resume writing

• Job application support

• Cover letter support

• LinkedIn profile optimization

• Networking/follow-up coaching

• Help students set up and use their Careerflow.ai account (if you have experience with Careerflow that's a bonus)

• Creating simple screensharing videos for students to do things on their own

• 1:1 coaching calls to refine to discuss career strategy, goals, location, salary negotiation etc.

  Basically anything to help our students successfully land roles in controls & automation in the US

Your Availability:

• Need to be available for at least 10 1-hour calls each week (with students)

• One required team call each week

• Ability to collaborate with other team members to help students succeed
  

  Hours & Pay:

• Hours required would be about 10-15 hours per week to start and possibly increasing from there.

• Timing of availability is flexible as long as it's sometime within 8am - 8pm Central US Time

• Pay would be hourly plus a commission for any students that accept an automation and controls offer that you helped them secure.

• You would be on a 1099 contract with us working directly for our client.
