About the role

We're looking for a fast, focused, and socially savvy Talent Sourcer to help us build candidate lists — fast. Your one job is to find people who match a given role description and get them into our pipeline. You won't be screening resumes or conducting interviews. You find, you list, we handle the rest. Qualified candidates ultimately get placed with top-tier partners like Google and Apple.

What you'll do

• Search for candidates on social media platforms — LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and others — based on a provided job description.

• Compile a list of at least 60 qualified candidate profiles and submit them to our internal pipeline within 2 days of receiving a new role.

• Match candidates to the role based on their publicly visible profile information — skills, title, location, and experience level.

• Handle multiple roles simultaneously and rotate between different countries and talent markets as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Comfortable spending long hours on social media platforms searching for people

• Strong eye for matching profiles to job criteria

• Able to hit a 60-candidate list within a 2-day window

• Organized — able to log and submit leads cleanly

• Can work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable internet connection

Nice to have

• Prior experience sourcing candidates online

• Familiarity with LinkedIn search filters or Boolean search

• Experience sourcing from multiple countries

• Knowledge of different job markets or industries
