About the work

Our client is building a library of real-world professional workflow recordings focused on Adobe Lightroom Classic.

We are looking for experienced Professional Photographers or Photo Editors who actively use Adobe Lightroom Classic (the desktop application, not Lightroom CC) as part of their day-to-day professional work.

The goal of this project is to capture realistic workflows showing how photography professionals import, edit, organize, and deliver images in Lightroom Classic. This may include importing photos with presets, applying masked adjustments, building smart collections, and exporting web galleries.

There is no teaching or formal presentation required. You'll simply record your screen while performing typical Lightroom Classic workflows and narrate what you are doing.

Responsibilities

• Record 4-5 screen captures demonstrating real Lightroom Classic workflows

• Import photos into the catalog using presets

• Apply masked adjustments (e.g., subject, sky, or brush and gradient masks)

• Create and manage smart collections

• Export web galleries

• Navigate Lightroom Classic as you would during normal day-to-day editing

• Explain your actions through brief audio narration

• Ensure recordings demonstrate realistic professional workflows

Example workflows

A recording may demonstrate:

"Import a batch of photos using a preset, apply masked adjustments to selected images, organize them into a smart collection, and export the final set as a web gallery."

Other recordings may demonstrate applying local adjustments with masks, building smart collections based on rating or metadata, or exporting a web gallery for client delivery.

Required experience

• Currently working as a professional photographer or photo editor (for paid clients or an employer)

• 3+ years of professional photography or photo editing experience

• Actively use Adobe Lightroom Classic as part of your current professional role (not Lightroom CC)

• Hands-on experience with importing, masking, collections, and exporting in Lightroom Classic

• Comfortable recording your screen while performing editing workflows

• Able to clearly narrate your actions while completing each task

• Based in India

Nice to have

• Experience managing large catalogs or high-volume photo shoots

• Experience creating and using custom presets

• Familiarity with metadata, keywording, and smart collection rules

• Experience delivering client galleries or working with wedding, portrait, or commercial photography

• Experience with Photoshop or other Adobe Creative Cloud tools alongside Lightroom Classic
