Job Title: Senior Front-end Developer (MERN stack)

Role Overview

One of our partner startups based in New York is building copilot for commercial real estate that is going to make deal management so easy that every investor will now be able to evaluate 10x more deals. The startup is currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack, strong front-end skills in React.js and TypeScript, and a solid understanding of Chrome extension development, who can take up key responsibility in building an interface for users that's smooth-as-butter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React.js applications with TypeScript, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Build and optimize Chrome extension with seamless integrations.
• Implement Google and Microsoft sign-in authentication methods.
• Work with backend teams that use Node.js, Express.js and Ruby on Rails.
• Enhance UI/UX with strong knowledge of CSS and modern styling libraries.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate applications with third-party services, CRMs, and cloud storage solutions.

Must-have Skills & Experience

• High level of problem solving skills, being able to resolve and pre-empt potential issues.
• 5+ years of experience in React.js, TypeScript, and front-end development.
• Experience in building and managing Chrome extensions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for deployment and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including Google and Microsoft sign-in.
• Solid understanding of CSS and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations with storage solutions/CRMs.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSockets.
