One of our partners is an exciting new startup founded by an 8-figure Amazon entrepreneur. They’re building a unique service at the intersection of real photography, AI-driven design, and a customized web-based platform tailored specifically for Amazon sellers. This team is pioneering brand-new tools, workflows, and systems daily—leveraging cutting-edge AI tech and a highly collaborative team environment.

They’re looking for an ambitious Amazon Creative Project Manager who’s ready to grow into a senior leadership role within 12 months. Initially, you’ll directly support the founder in managing Amazon listing projects, coordinating freelancers, and shaping innovative operational tools. After one year, you’ll step into a full operational management role, driving the performance and scaling of the division.

• Project Management: Oversee Amazon listing production (photography, graphics, copywriting) across multiple client projects.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client updates, revisions, and timelines.
• AI & Tech Coordination: Collaborate with AI specialists and web developers to enhance and build operational tools.
• Quality Assurance: Review and ensure high-quality deliverables before final client submission.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve internal workflows, systems, and operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead freelancers and internal teams to ensure consistent, exceptional outcomes.
• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve any client, technical, or operational challenges.

• Experience: Proven project management experience in creative, e-commerce, or agency settings.
• Organizational Excellence: Structured, proactive, and solutions-oriented—comfortable managing complex projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English skills (bonus points for German!).
• Tech Comfort: Adaptable and confident using AI tools and working with web development teams.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Eager to step into leadership and take ownership in a dynamic startup environment.
