Role Overview:

They’re seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to play a central role in aligning product requirements, managing development processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You’ll own product documentation, define clear roadmaps, and deliver continuous value alongside a high-performing, distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Requirements Definition:

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define clear, actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Development Coordination:

Manage the detailed documentation of product tasks within Jira, ensuring clarity and accountability across the engineering team.

• Daily Progress Tracking:

Monitor project timelines, track progress daily, proactively surface and resolve issues, and maintain clear status communication across stakeholders.

• Cross-Team Alignment:

Coordinate closely with UX/UI designers, engineering teams, and business leaders to ensure cohesive execution of product plans.

• Strategic Collaboration:

Serve as the key point of contact for aligning product features with customer needs, business objectives, and overall strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager, ideally in fast-paced teams building AI products.

• Strong familiarity with product management tools, notably Jira.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Detail-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving, and structured approach to complex projects.

• Comfortable operating within agile, distributed, and iterative product environments.
