🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Latin America (Colombia preferred) to help generate new opportunities in the US market. This role focuses on prospecting into mid-market and enterprise companies, engaging executives in logistics, supply chain, retail, and other industries, and booking qualified meetings that lead to new business pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of BDR/SDR experience in technology or SaaS, is fluent in English and Spanish, and is passionate about cloud, data, and AI solutions. This is a high-impact role with strong performance-based incentives and the ability to directly influence revenue growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts across logistics, supply chain, retail, and other verticals in the US
  • Prospect decision-makers (VPs of Logistics, Data, IT, and Operations) via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Book 12–18 qualified meetings per month that align with our ICP and value propositions
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Consultants to align outreach with campaigns and opportunities
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that highlight our capabilities in Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI
  • Maintain clean data and activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of all interactions
  • Continuously learn about our offerings and the business challenges of our target industries
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute feedback on messaging and campaigns

🔹 Requirements

  • 2–5 years of BDR/SDR or inside sales experience (preferably SaaS, Cloud, Data, or AI)
  • Proven success in prospecting US-based accounts from Latin America
  • Sales Fluent in American English and Spanish
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot/Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Lusha)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Resilient and coachable; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals
  • Curiosity and passion for data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions
