About the role:

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating seamless user experiences to join our dynamic team. You’ll have a direct impact on designing our core products, making them intuitive and delightful for our users. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful projects in the rapidly evolving EV charging space.

As part of a small team, you’ll be able to make significant contributions and influence the product's future, with the opportunity to take on leadership as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of Cariqa’s SaaS portals and mobile apps, ensuring a top-tier user experience for both B2B and B2C customers.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iteratively improve designs based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve a design system for consistent user experiences across products.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, particularly within the mobility and EV sectors.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on SaaS portals and mobile applications.
• Experience in designing mobility apps or EV charging solutions is a big plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
