Office Coordinator
Carma
Responsibilities
- Manage the ordering and stock levels for office supplies
- Manage the coordination of external contractors and visitors to Carma HQ
- Support in drafting internal and external comms
- Support in maintaining various internal systems, ensuring the processes within the system and the compliance is upheld
- Manage company training matrix and other ad hoc administration across the people team and wider business
- Take meeting notes, minutes and manage agendas for company meetings
- Support coordinating Carma events
About You
- An exceptional multi-tasker, with a great can-do attitude
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling different properties
- Any experience in administration or coordination would be beneficial, but not essential
- You’ll be a self starter who is able to work quickly and efficiently with a lot of initiative
- Experience with Google Suite would be ideal but not essential
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Please note that this role is based in our Alexandria, Sydney HQ
