Sales Manager

Responsibilities;
- Build and lead a high performing sales team at Carma that is continuing to grow
- Responsible for delivering results - achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Build, develop and execute the strategy for the sales function at Carma, and being open minded that this will need to be adaptable with the pace of the business
- Be a hands on leader, jump in to support the team as required as well as being a point of escalation
- Coach and mentor the sales team and support their development
- Provide feedback and performance management
- Hold a continuous improvement mindset, always looking at building efficiencies and process improvements
- Work closely with all other departments for cross functional projects, such as product, tech, production, delivery and more
About You;
- A strong sales leader with at least 5 years in leadership, managing a high performing team
- Experience building and growing a function, developing structure and strategy
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales with high value products/ services is essential (automotive experience is not necessary but would be beneficial)
- A natural competitiveness that drives you to exceed targets and KPIs
- High emotional intelligence, authenticity and integrity
- Confident using data; reviewing, interpreting and pulling out conclusions from data to make informed business decisions
- Experience with a CRM system (Hubspot would be a bonus!)
- Intermediate excel skills (you’ll need to be comfortable using v-lookups and pivot tables for example)
- An undergraduate degree in business, commerce, or a related field would be beneficial, but not essential
