Office Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Managing the stock levels for office supplies and kitchen snacks
- Handling all comms with contractors and visitors to Carma HQ and making them feel welcome
- Supporting the coordination of Carma events, everything from general planning to being the contact point for providers
- Assisting with the management of office-related expenses
- Helping with internal and external communications
- Support with the management of the company’s training matrix
- Taking meeting notes, creating minutes and managing agendas for company meetings
- Managing all sorts of ad hoc requests that come your way
About You
- An exceptional multi-tasker, with a great can-do attitude
- Any experience in administration or coordination would be beneficial, but not essential
- You’ll be a self-starter who is able to work quickly and efficiently with a lot of initiative
- Tech savvy and any experience with Google Suite would be a big plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Please note that this role is based Full-time in our Alexandria, Sydney HQ- No remote work available
