Automotive Acquisition Representative

Responsibilities
- Grow Carma's online inventory by converting interested sellers into successful acquisitions via phone, email, and SMS.
- Dive into the detail of each car by asking the right questions and accurately updating the CRM (we use HubSpot)
- Demonstrate your negotiation skills & customer centric approach when communicating pricing to potential sellers.
- Stay on top of your pipeline, regularly revisiting leads to optimise your conversion rates.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the rest of the team to facilitate on site & off site inspections
- Showcase your ability to upsell and promote our current inventory during every interaction.
About You
- Minimum of 12 months experience in automotive sales / 12 months sales experience with a demonstrated understanding of all things cars!
- Naturally competitive - you’ll love to exceed KPIs and targets.
- You’re a strong negotiator and keep the customer at the heart of every interaction.
- Tech savvy and comfortable picking up new systems.
- Flexible and able to work shifts outside of normal business hours and across some weekends as required.
