- Manage the post-delivery space, owning every question - from Apple CarPlay mysteries to the odd squeaky brake
- Get inventive with your problem-solving, finding smart solutions to resolve the issue over the phone
- Team up with Carma’s Engine Room (workshop) when needed and work as a team to get our cars back on the road!
- Organise the return for any customer who decides the car’s not the right fit for them
- Be that ‘go-to’ person for our Sales & Customer Experience team- help them out with any car related questions, no matter how big or small!
- Update our systems as you go, making sure you’ve captured all of the important stuff
Okay, let's talk about you
- Solutions focused- you love to think outside the box & if there’s something you don’t know, you’ll find a way to learn!
- A strong communicator- you know how to deliver the good (and the not so good) news
- An automotive expert- maybe you’re a Technician who loves working with customers, or a Service Advisor who can diagnose any problem
- Naturally customer focused- you’re happy to jump on the phones and help them out in any way you can
- Able to drive in NSW with a full licence
