- Identify, order, receive and allocate all parts needed to complete repairs
- Skillfully navigate our custom-built tech system to manage quoting and purchase orders
- Manage the entire process, from ordering to allocation, ensuring seamless workflow and updating systems
- Explore sourcing options (OEM, Aftermarket, etc.) to find the perfect parts for our cars
- Put your negotiation skills to work with suppliers for cost-effective outcomes
- Constantly look for ways to improve our processes, efficiencies and productivity in the parts department
- Provide valuable insights to our Operations Manager on the cost implications of the reconditioning process for each vehicle
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems to support the parts department
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- You have 2 years of experience in an automotive parts environment
- You have great product knowledge, ideally across different makes and models and repair methods
- You are adaptable and confident in multi-tasking and prioritising based on initiative
- You currently hold a NSW Driver's License- full licence or on your Ps
