As our Operations Team Lead you will oversee a dynamic production team, driving efficiency, quality and training to hit our targets while producing top-quality Carma Cars. You’ll be the final quality control point to make sure that our cars look just as good online as they do in person. Think of it as giving our cars their final stamp of approval before they make their big debut!
What you'll be doing
- Step up as the go-to person in your team- offer advice, answer questions, and guide everyone to thrive in their role
- Keep the team on track with daily targets and boost their motivation
- Help drive end-to-end workflow and production alongside other Team Leads and their teams, turning collaboration into success!
- Be the final quality checkpoint- ensure that everything on our car’s profile is spot-on before it’s ready to impress our customers in the virtual showroom
- Tackle and resolve challenges head and hands-on, making key decisions and collaborating with other Team leaders to find solutions.
- People management—whether it’s crafting training programs, approving leave, or giving feedback, you'll keep the team running smoothly
- Find ways to boost processes—bringing a continuous improvement mindset is essential for this role!
Okay, let's talk about you
- You've worked in the auto industry for at least 3 years including team management
- You're a skilled team leader who knows how to motivate others
- Your communication skills are top-notch
- Your attention to detail, organisational skills and problem-solving abilities are exceptional
- You hold a valid and clean NSW Drivers Licence
