Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through effective use of our platform. You will work closely with law firms to understand their needs, provide ongoing support, and drive adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Onboard new clients and provide training on the Case Status platform
  • Monitor client usage and engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Address client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Drive client renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional services


  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and client engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus
