Job Overview:

The Senior Growth/Senior Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in growth marketing and demand generation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Demand Generation: Design and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Performance Marketing: Optimize performance marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation programs to attract high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that drives engagement and supports demand generation efforts.
  • SEO and SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search visibility.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand reach and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Required Experience: 6+ years of experience in growth or demand marketing in SaaS or Software is a must, Strongly preferred within legal tech or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and growth hacking.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and use data to explain successes and failures

Where:

Case Status is based in Park Circle in North Charleston, SC. The candidate must be in-office 2 days per week at minimum. This is a hybrid role, although the expectation is that the candidate will be in the office more often until the ramp period is over and has demonstrated proficiency in the role.
