Job Summary:

Work with our cross-functional development team to design, build, and deliver next-generation machine learning solutions, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI systems.

We are a fast-paced development team that values rapid innovation and delivery. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who can take ideas from concept to production. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning, particularly with LLMs, and the ability to work across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to bring AI solutions to life.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of machine learning models, with a focus on LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products from concept to production.
• Apply data mining, fine-tuning, and model training techniques to improve existing models and develop new ones.
• Utilize machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to design, build, and optimize machine learning models.
• Leverage Hugging Face and other specialized tools for fine-tuning, deploying, and maintaining large language models (LLMs) and other advanced AI solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Dive into past projects to extract valuable insights and apply them to current challenges.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in production-grade machine learning development.
• 2+ years of experience in production-grade LLM development.
• Proficiency in Python, Databricks, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain and other LLM tools.
• Proven ability to work across the SDLC and deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Experience in data mining, model fine-tuning, and training.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Willingness to revisit and improve upon previous projects.
