Job Overview:

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the intricate marketing operations process, including technology and business processes, to allow Case Status to execute at the highest level. This role will optimize our marketing processes and CRM to enhance campaign execution and team member coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in cross-functional team collaboration and driving a comprehensive full-funnel tech stack that allows for automation, efficiency, and transparency. This role will not only be a supporting role in achieving the marketing strategic and tactical goals but will also be expected to be innovative in the go-to-market motion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Optimization: Manage and optimize CRM, marketing automation (e.g. Hub Spot), and buyer-intent-based tools. Ensure the functionality, scalability, and measurable success of our Account Based Marketing Program.
  • Automation Leadership: Automate key demand generation processes, including cross-application integrations and workflow enhancements. Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve efficiency across the marketing funnel.
  • Lead Management: Support lead generation and nurturing efforts through targeted marketing initiatives; manage and innovate lead management build process for marketing and sales
  • Funnel Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize lead movement through all funnel stages. Develop and maintain accurate reports on pipeline performance. Experience executing multi-touch attribution
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate on and execute email, paid, and event marketing campaigns to generate demand and nurture leads. Track and support non-digital engagement initiatives to measure their effectiveness.
  • Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies
  • Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with sales, product, and other teams to align efforts with business objectives. Develop processes that streamline operations and improve cross-departmental communication.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain data integrity and hygiene across platforms to ensure reliable analytics and reporting. Provide actionable insights through performance data analysis to refine future marketing strategies.
  • Pipeline and Forecasting: Assist in the development of forecast models driven by performance data

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing operations supporting high growth and demand marketing in SaaS or Software, Strongly preferred within legal tech or a related field. Previous Startup experience is preferred as well.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and sales operations tied to growth strategy
  • Expertise in HubSpot, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and techniques
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and use data to explain successes and failures
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Proficiency in setting up and executing multi-touch attribution
  • Experience overseeing an Account Based Marketing motion from an operations perspective
  • Collaborative personality and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Case Status is based in Daniel Island, Charleston, SC. The candidate must be in-office 3 days per week at minimum. This is a hybrid role, although the expectation is that the candidate will be in the office more often until the ramp period is over and has demonstrated proficiency in the role.
