Job Title: Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Reports to: Director of Demand Generation
Position Summary:
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns. We're looking for someone to help drive leads and grow our pipeline through these marketing efforts. You’ll run digital campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, social, and content while building lead nurturing programs that keep prospects engaged. You'll collaborate on content creation, analyze performance using tools like GA4 and HubSpot, and bring fresh ideas to webinars and other virtual events. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition, nurture prospects, and generate pipeline.
- Implement and optimize campaigns using a mix of digital marketing tactics including email, paid advertising, content, social media, and SEO to reach target audiences.
- Support content ideation and assets needed for demand generation campaigns (i.e. reports, playbooks, guides, video assets, case studies, etc.)
- Collaborate with the content team and agency partners to create compelling content that supports demand generation efforts, including landing pages, emails, ads, guides/playbooks, and case studies.
- Support content distribution beyond owned channels (blog, email, in-product, social) by experimenting with new channels, creative approaches, and messaging.
- Build and manage comprehensive lead nurturing programs that guide prospects through the buying journey. Recommend automated workflows, retargeting ads, and content-driven campaigns to keep leads engaged and accelerate their movement through the funnel.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as GA4, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
- Monitor and provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Innovate on format and approach to webinars and virtual events that will drive demand and generate leads.
- Own the execution of various webinars throughout the year from ideation, promotion, follow up, and sales enablement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing demand, marketing operations, or similar role required
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive lead acquisition and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing and performance measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.
- Experience in managing and optimizing budgets for demand generation activities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Where:
Case Status is based in Daniel Island in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate is local and available for onsite schedules. Remote option available for the right candidate.
