Role Description

CashDirector is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounting System Implementation Manager (ASIM) to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Warsaw, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation process of our AI-automated accounting system carried out by accounting teams for small business clients (banks' business customers) at scale.
• Develop and provide detailed implementation procedures, comprehensive training, and ongoing support to accounting teams.
• Assist accounting teams in resolving implementation challenges and ensuring the smooth adoption of the system.
• Help accounting teams to provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful utilization of the system.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to understand client requirements and ensure that the system configuration meets these needs.
• Ensure the overall success of the system implementation process, optimizing performance and addressing any issues promptly.
• cooperate with software development department to improve the accounting system based on user experience and professional expertise

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting system implementation for small businesses (Optima, Enova, Symfonia, Insert)
• Excellent process management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations for hundreds of small companies a month.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
• Ability to identify and implement accounting system improvements

Technical skills:

• Understanding of internal architecture and functioning of accounting systems.
• Proficiency in SQL
• Familiarity with the internal functioning of accounting systems and how they operate.
