Role Overview
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative solutions that address real-world challenges in the construction industry. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, development, launch, and iteration.
- Work closely with the company’s management team.
- Gather insights from customers, partners, and internal teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Define clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with UX/UI, R&D, QA and support teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Monitor product performance and analyze usage data.
- Support go-to-market efforts with marketing, sales, and CS teams.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to construction management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS - Must.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with engineering, design and sales.
- Passion for creating intuitive products that users love.
