Role Overview
As a Customer Success Support (Student position), you will play a key role in supporting our enterprise customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with our Product, Development and Project Management teams.
This is an independent and challenging role that combines technology, service, and real impact on customer success – with a clear growth path towards project management and implementation roles.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide professional support to large customers, resolving technical issues on an advanced SaaS system
✅ Collaborate daily with Project Managers and work closely with our R&D team
✅ Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing across teams
✅ Develop a deep understanding of our product and its value for customers
Requirements
🔹 Industrial Engineering & Management student with at least 3 semesters left – must
🔹 Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
🔹 High analytical and technical skills
🔹 High-level English – significant advantage
📍 Location: Ramat Gan – Bursa district, 3 minutes’ walk from Savidor Central train station
