Role Overview

Cemento is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our Operations team.

This is a dynamic and challenging role at the heart of our business, responsible for driving and coordinating core processes, working directly with key enterprise customers, and collaborating across multiple teams to push critical initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve business processes that connect sales, product, and customer success
• Communicate directly with major business customers to resolve complex operational issues
• Analyze data and produce actionable insights to boost performance
• Collaborate daily with senior stakeholders and various departments
• Manage invoices, reports, and documents with precision and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree graduate or final-year student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics – advantage
• Up to around 1–2 years of relevant experience – junior-level candidates welcome
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and assertiveness – ability to speak with business customers, explain, ask, listen, follow up and own the process, including collections
• Maturity and sound judgment – knowing when to escalate and when to solve independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – working with documents, reports, data, and identifying issues
• Analytical mindset and ability to understand complex processes – problem solver with a systemic view and creativity
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion, even when facing challenges
• Initiative and curiosity to quickly learn the business model, identify problems, and suggest improvements
