Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Engineer you will be a key technical anchor in our R&D department. In this high-visibility role, you will lead the development of complex, client-side heavy applications while contributing to the server-side logic that powers them. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced developer to drive technical excellence and spearhead the integration of new AI capabilities into our platform.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the development of high-performance applications using React, React Native, and Node.js.

✅ Collaborate daily with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on high-level architectural strategy.

✅ Spearhead the integration of innovative AI capabilities and smart features into our platform.

✅ Drive technical excellence and inspire top-notch performance across our R&D projects.

Requirements

🔹 3+ Years of React Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Hooks, Context, and State Management in production.

🔹 Full-Stack Foundation: A Client-Side expert with solid Server-Side capabilities (Node.js).

🔹 AI-Enhanced Workflow: Proficient with tools like Cursor or Copilot to accelerate development.

🔹 Product-Minded: You prioritize end-user experience and product impact as much as code quality.

🔹 Innovation Driven: Excited to not just use AI, but to build smart AI agents and features.
