Role Overview: As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a cornerstone of our R&D department, serving as a technical authority and mentor. This role is designed for a veteran developer who thrives on solving architectural challenges in client-side heavy applications while building robust, scalable server-side logic. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical roadmap, harnessing AI-accelerated engineering workflows to integrate cutting-edge AI agents into the Cemento ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Architectural Design: Own the end-to-end architecture of high-performance applications using React, React Native, and Node.js.- Technical Mentorship: Elevate the team’s engineering standards through rigorous code reviews, design docs, and hands-on guidance.- AI Integration: Architect and implement innovative AI capabilities and autonomous agents into our platform.- Cross-Functional Strategy: Partner with Product and Design to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Performance Optimization: Drive technical excellence by optimizing system performance and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.Requirements:- 6+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Full-Stack development with significant production experience.- React & Node.js Expert: Deep mastery of React (Hooks, Context, State Management) and a strong backend foundation in Node.js.- Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to global stakeholders.- Architectural Mindset: Experience in designing complex systems from scratch and scaling existing ones.- AI-Native Workflow: Deep proficiency with AI-assisted development (Cursor, Copilot) and a passion for building AI-driven features.- Product Impact: A "product-first" engineer who balances rapid delivery with long-term technical health.About Us: Cemento Technologies is a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing the way construction projects are managed.
