Role Overview: We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to inspire and lead a high-performing squad of engineers. You will be responsible for both the professional growth of your team members and the successful delivery of our core product features. This is a "Player-Coach" role, requiring a mix of strong leadership skills, a strategic product mindset, and the technical depth to champion AI-driven development methodologies and guide the evolution of our next-gen, AI-enhanced SaaS platform.Key Responsibilities:- People Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Full-Stack engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.- Delivery Ownership: Lead the team’s execution, ensuring high-quality releases on time while managing technical debt and resources.- Hands-on Contribution: Maintain a high level of technical involvement (coding and architectural reviews) to stay grounded in the codebase.- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to define roadmaps, sprint goals, and AI-driven initiatives.- Process Improvement: Optimize R&D workflows, from CI/CD practices to agile methodologies, to increase team velocity.Requirements:- 6+ Years in Software Engineering: Strong technical background in React and Node.js.- 2+ Years in Leadership: Proven experience managing engineering teams (at least 3-5 people) in a fast-paced environment.- Fluent English: Must be able to lead discussions, write documentation, and collaborate fluently in English.- Execution Focused: Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex features from concept to production.- AI Visionary: Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI to automate construction workflows and enhance product capabilities.- Leadership Presence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate a team towards shared goals.About Us: Cemento Technologies is a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing the way construction projects are managed.
