Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Cemento, you will be the driving force behind innovative solutions that solve real-world challenges in the construction industry. You will play a critical role in shaping our next-gen, AI-enhanced SaaS platform, working at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and cutting-edge technology. We are looking for a product leader who can translate complex data into intelligent features and drive the integration of AI-driven capabilities that redefine project management.Key Responsibilities:- Full Product Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end journey from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and iteration.- AI-Driven Roadmap: Partner with the R&D team and management to define and prioritize AI-driven initiatives and smart features that automate construction workflows.- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the company’s management team to ensure product alignment with global strategic goals.- Insight Gathering: Translate feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders into actionable product requirements and user stories.- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead high-impact initiatives by collaborating daily with UX/UI, Engineering (R&D), and Customer Success teams.- Data-Informed Decisions: Monitor product performance, analyze usage data, and stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS - Must.- Fluent English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear business value.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Experience working with engineering, design, and sales.- Passion for creating intuitive products that users love.About Us: Cemento Technologies is a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing the way construction projects are managed.
