**What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships across both new and existing partners. Keys to success will be gaining a deep understanding of the partners’ priorities / challenges, stakeholders (eg. Sales leaders, Account Executives, Partnership lead, etc), product suite, competitive differentiators, GTM channels, and understanding how Certa’s solution helps them further grow their business Effective and strategic collaboration across all the various stakeholders at the partners is critical. Primary measure of success is increased qualified lead flow from each partner.


  • Support revenue growth across multiple partners and verticals for both Certa and the partner
  • Become an expert of Certa’s platform and targeted use cases
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-level and senior executives
  • Serve as Partner-voice in Certa to influence continued enhancements and innovations that optimize our joint GTM offerings
  • Personal skill & knowledge development to continually grow in relevant use case / domain expertise
  • Effectively consult & articulate value around both the science (ROI, KPI metric improvements, etc) & art (stronger regulatory/audit/legal controls, best of breed data sourcing value) of optimized risk management & process improvement via the Certa solution
  • Partner closely with others across the Partners to optimally showcase and differentiate the Certa solution and joint value proposition


  • Proven success with driving new and existing large-dollar relationships in a complex strategic selling environment
  • Experience building executive-level relationships with Clients of varying sizes and across multiple industries
  • 3+ years of client-facing sales experience within the TPRM, TPLM, and / or ABAC / AML Compliance space
  • Consistent achievement of both new business and qualified lead flow sales targets
  • Results-oriented, self-starter who can effectively influence across multiple role levels, drive priorities, and own outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Thrives working in a dynamic, results-driven, fast-paced, client-first culture
  • ~30% travel potentially required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
