Key Responsibilities:

1. Master the art of organising and facilitating Scrum events like a pro (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
2. Support our amazing Product Owner in managing the product backlog and orchestrating epic backlog refinement sessions.
3. Create a team environment so collaborative and high-performing, it'll make the Avengers jealous. Effective communication and transparency are your superpowers!
4. Be the superhero who tracks and eliminates sprint impediments, making sure nothing slows down our incredible team.

Role requirements:

1. 1-2 years of Scrum Master awesomeness, preferably in the software development or IT realm. Show us what you've got!
2. Hands-on experience in working with JIRA
3. Agile methodologies, principles, and practices should be your second language.
4. You know Scrum frameworks well and you're ready to guide, coach and coordinate with our teams to greatness.
