The Role
We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and driven Product Analyst to helps us develop world-class SaaS products. You'll be a key member of our team, collaborating closely with UX, technology, and business units.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute/ set product strategies, identify new opportunities, solve complex problems, and work with a smart, innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-On Configuration: Actively engage in hands-on product configuration tasks to ensure the product meets high standards of functionality and user experience.
  • UX Principles Mastery: Understand and apply the laws of UX in product design, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring alignment with market needs and user expectations.
  • Market Research Support: Aid Product Managers (PMs) in conducting thorough market research and gathering customer insights to inform product strategy.
  • Performance Metrics Definition: Assist in defining and implementing key metrics to measure and track product performance effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to propose and implement product enhancements.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Certa’s existing products, principles, and design methodologies.
  • Communication Excellence: Ensure clear, transparent, and effective communication across product, implementation, and engineering teams. Maintain visibility and transparency by conducting most communications on public threads.

Qualifications

  1. Proven 1-2 Years of experience in product analysis, configuration, or a related field.
  2. Proficient in data analysis and able to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  3. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on transparency and teamwork.
  5. Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience
