Reports to: Head of Finance and Business Development
Location: Remote (UK or East Coast US preferred)

Your Impact
As our Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist, you will be the primary driver behind scaling our team across North America and Europe. This is a role designed for someone who thrives in both sourcing top talent and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. You will play a critical role in filling key open positions while supporting broader HR needs across the business.

What You'll Do

*Talent Acquisition *

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for key open roles across North America and Europe.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse, high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand department needs and guide them through the selection process.
  • Lead offer negotiations and partner with HR Ops to ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding.
  • Utilise ATS and recruitment tools for efficient tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to reduce reliance on external recruiters.

HR Generalist

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws in the US, Canada and UK
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
  • Administer benefits and assist with policy implementation.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations including immigration, tax, and labour laws.
  • Serve as a point of contact for general employee queries and HR matters.

What You Bring

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with some exposure to HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of hiring for Sales (SDR, AE), Marketing, and Operations roles in North America and/or EMEA.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance across the US, Canada and UK.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment landscapes and employment nuances in North America and the UK.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with immigration processes and work authorisation requirements in the US and UK.
  • Experience with remote-first teams and distributed workforces.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for recruitment metrics.
  • HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Background in scaling HR operations during rapid growth phases.
  • Experience working in tech or startup environments.
