The Role

Own and evolve a critical platform area with complete end-to-end responsibility. You'll define
strategy, drive AI-powered innovation, translate complex customer needs into scalable
capabilities, and partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

You're accountable for:

• Product strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Revenue, customer expansion, retention, and NPS
• AI agent integration and workflow automation innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and own complete roadmap, balancing velocity, scalability, and
• customer impact
• Partner with AI team to integrate agents that accelerate workflows and automate
• decision-making
• Work hands-on with engineering and design to scope, design, and ship features
• Own technical artifacts, schemas (JSON), integration frameworks, and platform
• scalability
• Engage customers to translate complex compliance and governance needs into product
• features
• Drive data-informed decisions and define success metrics

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, scale-ups, or high-growth environments
• Hands-on experience building/shipping features with agentic AI, LLMs, or workflow
• automation
• Proven track record taking complex products end-to-end with measurable business
• impact
• Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and product implications
• Technical fluency: APIs, integrations, JSON, data structures, platform architecture
• Full accountability for results; comfortable owning failures and iterating quickly

Preferred

• Experience in third-party risk, vendor management, compliance, or governance products
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms or enterprise automation
• Technical background (engineering, data science, or related field)
