About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the engine of our growth. You will act as a strategic consultant, identifying high-value opportunities and translating complex product capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

You will own the top of the funnel, driving the adoption of Certa by optimizing lead management and executing data-driven outbound strategies. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who wants to master the art of sales in a fast-paced, evolving market.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential accounts using a multi-channel approach
  • Full Ownership: Maintain ownership of pipeline-generating activities in your territory, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert in our technical value proposition, capable of conducting initial discovery and qualification calls for high-intent prospects.
  • Process Optimization: Help document playbooks and automate GTM workflows to scale the sales organization.

Required Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a fast-growing startup, finance, consulting, or a high-volume sales environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets or quotas.
  • Experience with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) is a major plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
