We're looking for a passionate, strategic, and driven Product Analyst to help us build world-class SaaS products. You'll collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and business teams to shape product strategy, identify new opportunities, and solve complex problems alongside a smart, innovative team.

What You'll Do

  • Configure the product: Engage hands-on in product configuration to ensure high standards of functionality and user experience.

  • Apply UX & data: Apply the laws of UX for intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, and use data analytics to inform product decisions aligned with market needs and user expectations.

  • Support research & metrics: Aid Product Managers with market research and customer insights, and help define and track the key metrics that measure product performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering and design to propose and implement enhancements, building deep knowledge of Certa's products, principles, and design methodologies.

  • Communicate transparently: Ensure clear, effective communication across product, implementation, and engineering teams - keeping most communication on public threads for visibility.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: 1–2 years in product analysis, configuration, or a related field.

  • Data skills: Proficient in data analysis, able to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.

  • Collaboration & communication: Works effectively across engineering and design teams, with excellent communication grounded in transparency and teamwork.

  • Adaptability: Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Design - or equivalent experience.
