The Billing and Collections Anaylst team at Chainalysis splits their time between fine-tuning the details and evaluating at a 30,000 foot view of our business. Our job is to help the company plan for growth by optimizing the allocation of our resources.

As an Billing and Collections Analyst, you’ll be responsible for implementing business processes for receiving and processing customer orders. You’ll communicate with both sales and the revenue operations team to resolve any issues and ensure the collection of a high volume of AR month to month.

In this role, you’ll:

• Be responsible for Implementing business processes for receiving and processing customer orders.

• Be collaborating with both AE and Deal Ops teams to resolve any issues in the process.

• Collect a high volume of AR month-to-month

• Own ad hoc analyses for special projects across the organization

• Be a well-rounded OTC Specialist with extensive billing experience in SAAS industry.

• Be enthusiastic with the willingness to roll up their sleeves in a start-up environment

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Problem-Solving Skills

• Ability to lead management, opportunity management, and quotation management

• A background in order, contract Review, and order fulfillment

• A strong background with Invoicing in large volume

• Experience with customer payments/collection, cash application, and deductions

Nice to have experience:

• Preferred systems skills in Salesforce/Netsuite experience
