About Chargerzilla

Chargerzilla is a community-powered EV charging marketplace that unifies public, private, residential, and commercial chargers under one platform. We’re building the world’s largest community-driven charging network—unlocking underutilized chargers, expanding access, and accelerating EV adoption through affordable, reliable charging.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager in a fractional role who can identify, negotiate, and secure high‑value partnerships that expand charger supply, drive revenue, and grow our user base across key industries.

If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love building relationships, and want to shape the future of electric mobility, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

1. Partnership Strategy & Market Development

• Identify high‑value partnership opportunities across EV charging, hospitality, mobility, real estate, and related sectors.

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners.

• Prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential, charger supply growth, and user acquisition impact.

• Develop partnership frameworks, pricing models, and revenue‑sharing structures.

2. Partnership Acquisition & Negotiation

• Lead outreach, pitch meetings, and negotiations with prospective partners.

• Draft proposals, MOUs, and agreements in collaboration with leadership and legal.

• Secure partnerships that enable:

• Charger listings on the Chargerzilla platform

• Revenue‑sharing agreements

• Co‑marketing and user acquisition campaigns

• Exclusive or semi‑exclusive charging access deals

• Manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to signed agreement.

3. Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Coordinate onboarding of partner chargers, locations, or fleets.

• Ensure partners understand operational requirements, pricing, and revenue models.

• Maintain strong relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

• Identify upsell opportunities (analytics, premium placement, enterprise features).

4. Revenue & User Growth

• Drive revenue through charger rentals, enterprise partnerships, co‑branded programs, and API integrations.

• Grow the user base by partnering with organizations with large EV‑driving audiences.

• Launch co‑marketing campaigns that increase awareness and recurring usage.

• Track KPIs including chargers added, revenue per partnership, user acquisition, and partner retention.

What Success Looks Like

• New high‑value partnerships signed

• Monthly recurring revenue from partnerships

• User acquisition driven by partner channels

• Strong partner satisfaction and renewal rates

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, mobility, sustainability, real estate, hospitality, or related fields

• Proven ability to close deals and manage complex partnerships

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

• Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes

• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced startup environment

• Passion for EVs, clean tech, or sustainable mobility (a plus)

Why Join Us

• Shape the future of EV charging and urban mobility

• Work directly with founders on high‑impact initiatives

• Competitive compensation with performance incentives

• Mission-driven culture focused on innovation, access, and climate impact

• Opportunity to grow as the company scales nationally
