Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at Chimoney, you will:

  1. Provide Exceptional Support: Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to user inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting users in navigating the Chimoney platform.
  2. User Assistance: Guide users through account setup, transactions, and platform features to ensure a smooth experience.
  3. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve user concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about Chimoney's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to users.
  5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of user interactions and reported issues to assist in improving the overall user experience.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field with experience using Chatwoot, email support, social media and live chat support.
  • Completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) program.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to articulate complex concepts in a user-friendly manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently while collaborating with the broader team.
  • A passion for building positive customer relationships and contributing to the growth of Chimoney.
