Job Description

We are looking for a committed Junior Business Developer to contribute to the successful growth and development of our business operations in Germany. You will work in a dynamic environment, closely collaborating with the country manager and the executives at the French HQ on impactful projects. You'll bring your sense of responsibility to each project you lead, becoming part of a human-scale adventure.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in every step of the sales process, from qualification to closing
Conduct prospecting efforts to develop german market (email campaigns, cold calling, follow-up calls)
Set up sales tools and manage databases
Track incoming sales requests and hold sales meetings
Actively contribute to enhancing sales support materials and processes
Establish a weekly sales activity report (analysis and recommendations)
Develop sales arguments in collaboration with the marketing team

Desired Profile

You have at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
You hold a higher education degree in business (master’s level)
You are a salesperson at heart, proactive, and take initiative
You are proactive, resourceful, and fully understand the sales process
You have a natural talent for sales and are eager to pursue opportunities over the phone
You are highly organized and diligent, with a practical sense for managing client onboarding
You can demonstrate rigor and structure in handling the variety and volume of client accounts assigned to you
You are fluent in both German and English (French is highly appreciated)
You are proficient in Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and the Microsoft Office Suite
