Who we are
Citruslabs runs clinical studies for the most innovative brands in dietary supplements, beauty, food, and pet health. Brands like Love Wellness, Beekeeper’s Naturals, Sakara, Saie, Rael, and Dime trust us with our studies. Our work depends on one critical thing: engaged, excited study participants.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on marketer who fully owns our participant ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of growth, community, and design. You will be responsible for bringing new participants into our studies, keeping our existing participants engaged, and making every study feel thoughtful, human, and well-run.

This is a role for someone who likes to build, test, and iterate. You will have real ownership and a visible impact from day one.

What you will own

  • Participant growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit new study participants
  • Run paid and organic campaigns across email, social, and other channels
  • Test messaging, formats, and creative to continuously drive sign-ups

Participant engagement

  • Engage and nurture our existing participant database
  • Create thoughtful touchpoints that keep participants excited to join future studies
  • Build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships with our community

In-study engagement

  • Design participant communications during active studies
  • Write clear, motivating emails and messages that drive compliance and reduce drop off
  • Ensure participants feel supported, informed, and valued throughout the study experience

Creative execution

  • Write high-quality, on-brand copy for emails, ads, landing pages, and participant communications
  • Design simple graphics, layouts, and visual assets with a strong eye for detail
  • Maintain visual consistency and elevate the look and feel of participant-facing materials

Broader marketing support

  • Support Citruslabs’ broader marketing efforts, especially on content and design
  • Collaborate on campaigns, thought leadership, and brand assets as needed
  • Bring creative ideas to the table and help execute them quickly

What we are looking for

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clearly, persuasively, and human (we like to use AI, but the copy must not sound like AI)
  • A sharp eye for design and visual storytelling
  • Experience creating and running email campaigns and digital ads
  • Comfort owning projects end-to-end, from idea to execution
  • Creative thinker who enjoys testing, learning, and refining
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Bonus if you have experience with community building, consumer brands, or health and wellness

Compensation
This role includes a competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus tied to participant growth and engagement outcomes.
