We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer who is comfortable building modern web applications end-to-end and who actively leverages AI-assisted development tools to move fast without sacrificing quality.

The ideal candidate is not only strong in front-end and back-end technologies, but also highly effective at using tools like Replit, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs as part of their daily workflow, accelerating prototyping, development, debugging, and iteration.

You will work across the full product lifecycle, from early concepts to production deployment, helping us ship quickly and iterate continuously.

Responsibilities

• Design, guide, and review AI-generated code produced by tools such as Replit, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, and similar LLMs.
• Translate product requirements and high-level ideas into clear prompts, specifications, and architectural guidance for AI coding agents.
• Review AI-generated code for:Correctness and edge casesSecurity and data integrityPerformance and scalabilityMaintainability and consistency with existing architecture
• Own the testing and validation process:Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, basic E2E)Manually validate critical flows and edge casesEnsure AI-generated changes don’t introduce regressions
• Refactor, optimize, and harden AI-generated code where needed to meet production standards.
• Define and evolve code patterns, conventions, and guardrails that AI tools should follow across the codebase.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to quickly iterate on features using rapid AI-driven prototyping.
• Debug issues across the stack, using a combination of logs, tooling, and AI assistance.
• Oversee deployments and environments (AWS, CI/CD), ensuring smooth releases and rollback strategies.
• Maintain high development velocity while ensuring code quality, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to improving the team’s AI development workflows, tooling choices, and best practices over time.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with the ability to understand, review, and modify AI-generated code across the stack.
• Experience building front-end applications using React and other modern frameworks
• Solid experience designing and reviewing back-end services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL/Aurora, including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity considerations.Practical experience deploying and operating applications on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront).
• Experience setting up or working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Interest in experimenting with new AI tools, models, and workflows as they emerge.
• Proven ability to use AI coding tools (e.g., Replit, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of daily development.
