We are actively seeking a new team member to join our growing Customer Success team in Lahore, Pakistan as we expand our operations in this vibrant and dynamic city.
You will take ownership of customer retention, smooth onboarding and maximizing the value our customers get from Clara. Your role will have a significant impact as you drive Clara's growth by boosting renewal rates and minimizing churn.
We welcome candidates who are proficient in English and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Help our customers understand their needs and which of our features and products best match their goals and expectations.
- Proactively engage with customers, ensuring they have the necessary guidance to optimize their utilization of Clara and fully unlock its value.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product while having a high-level grasp of key concepts of startup legals like ESOPs and cap table.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and actively engage in upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyse customer data and product usage to gather customer feedback and act as internal advocate for our users by providing this feedback to the product team.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory with excellent oral and written skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business or a related field from a reputable university.
- Hands-on approach in customer-facing interactions and strong listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Have proven experience working with SaaS or technology products.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
