In light of our growth into newer reporting use cases and the increasing complexity of our product, we are looking for a Data Product Manager to push the frontier of our platform's capabilities.
What will you do? 🚀
Become an Expert in Marketing Reporting: Engage proactively with customers, customer success, and go-to-market (GTM) teams. Identify emerging reporting use cases and conduct market research to stay at the forefront of industry trends in marketing reporting
Take on the end-to-end responsibility for all data integrations: This includes gathering feedback, strategically prioritizing bugs, enhancements, and features, while consistently upholding the quality of our API integrations
Become a Collaborative Force with Our Software Engineering Team: Work closely with our skilled software engineering team to meticulously define requirements for new API integrations, shaping the core of our product. Together, you’ll design not just the architecture but also the data model of these integrations, blending technical expertise with business understanding
Drive decisions based on data : Establish and track key metrics to monitor the adoption of reporting use cases among our customers and assess the robustness of our integrations

You embrace and navigate the ambiguity. You are able to create order out of chaos to be a force-multiplier for our customer success and engineering teams
You push the boundaries of the product. You are able to zoom out when facing a problem statement to think from the first principles before presenting a solution
What experience are we looking for?
You have PM experience for 2-3 years (or) have been in a solutions engineering role for 2-3 years working closely with product/CS teams and are looking to move into a PM role
You have a strong analytical background - with experience of using SQL/any other data manipulation language to break down and solve a business problem with insights
You are able to understand how APIs work and prototype scripts on your own to understand feasibility of your recommendations

Culture fit round : A member of our Talent team will briefly talk to you to ascertain your interest and your suitability for the role
Round 2 : Discussion about your previous experience working with customers and your previous projects
Assignment: You will be given an assignment that will closely reflect your day-to-day work. You will connect with a peer to understand the expectations from the assignment. We expect applicants to revert with their submissions in a week
Final Interview: Your last interview & assignment presentation will take place in front of 1-2 members of our team
