What’s the opportunity? 🤔

We are seeking a dynamic Communications and Field Marketing Manager to join our expanding go-to-market team and accelerate our growth.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of various events (roundtables, executive dinners, customer days, thought leadership conferences, etc). In addition, you will own our official communications, PR and organic’s social media strategy.

What is Clarisights?

Clarisights’ mission is to democratize data in enterprise marketing teams.

Clarisights provides a self-serve reporting platform designed to facilitate better marketing decision-making. We automatically integrate, process, and visualize data from all of our clients’ marketing, analytics, and attribution sources into our vertically-integrated, no-code marketing reporting platform.

We’ve reshaped marketing reporting for the following companies: Uber, Delivery Hero, Universal Music, About You, Trade Republic, Norwegian Airlines, Preply, among others.

We’re a Sequoia-backed Series A company in hyper-growth mode.

Who are you? 📖

As the GTM team is based in Berlin, we would prefer someone who is willing to relocate to Berlin or is already living here.

  • Clear communication with the ability to drive enablement sessions and aim for simplicity and maximum results;

  • An obsession with understanding our customers and their challenges.

  • Collaborative and supportive while working with teams to gain consensus.

  • Able to prioritize ruthlessly. You can work on multiple projects while focusing the right level of effort on each.

  • Passionate about delivering the best in-person and virtual experiences with a keen eye for details.

  • Business-fluent English communication skills (verbal and written). German proficiency is a plus.

  • Obsession with proper grammar, spelling, and fluency.

  • Willingness to think outside of the box and reinvent modern marketing tactics.

What will you do? 🚀

  • Support execution of a robust demand generation plan for marketing events incorporating multiple in-person and online tactics to reach key audiences - e.g., field events, executive dinners, roundtables, thought leadership conferences, virtual events.

  • Own events end-to-end, including operations, logistics, promotion, budgeting, staffing and enablement, content, and post-event reporting.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and partners to drive meetings and deal acceleration through event activations.

  • Work closely with the broader go-to-market and customer success teams to ensure the messaging and positioning of Clarisights are aligned.

  • Taking a raw concept and turning it into a fully-fledged social media campaign that speaks to the needs of our audience - digital marketers.

  • Translating long-form content and turning into bite-sized, but compelling social media posts.

  • Developing and executing on a broader community engagement strategy that incorporates forums, Slack groups, and other non-traditional marketing channels.
