What’s the opportunity? 🤔

We’re looking for a commercially minded generalist to support the go-to-market (GTM) function at Clarisights. This role will help us shape our GTM strategies and own strategic projects on demand generation and international expansion.

Ultimately, you will help us to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue by consistently building demand and pipeline. To meet our ambitious Growth targets, you’ll be working closely with the CEO, the demand leader and the broader go-to-market team.

What is Clarisights?

Clarisights’ mission is to democratize data in enterprise marketing teams.

Clarisights provides a self-serve reporting platform designed to facilitate better marketing decision-making. We automatically integrate, process, and visualize data from all of our clients’ marketing, analytics, and attribution sources into our vertically-integrated, no-code marketing reporting platform.

We’ve reshaped marketing reporting for the following companies: Uber, Delivery Hero, Universal Music, About You, Trade Republic, Norwegian Airlines, Preply, among others.

We’re a Sequoia-backed Series A company in hyper-growth mode.

Who are you? 📖

As the GTM team is based in Berlin, we would prefer someone who is willing to relocate to Berlin or is already living here.

  • Curious and passionate about technology, B2B business development, and high-growth startup GTM execution.

  • You have gained professional experience in an impactful entrepreneurial environment, at a leading technology company, or in management consultancy/ venture capital.

  • You have an undergraduate degree from a renowned university, MA/MSc/MBA is a plus. We accept applications from a variety of disciplines.

  • Business-fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • You are a self-starter who can grasp complex projects quickly and take ownership. You have solid project management skills and can collaborate cross-functionally.

  • (Plus) Previous exposure to digital marketing and/or data/BI/analytics.

  • (Plus) Previous experience in B2B SaaS marketing and/or sales.

What will you do? 🚀

  • Own specific workstreams within key company-wide strategic priorities.

  • International expansion: Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets, including market research, analysis, and defining serviceable addressable markets.

  • Marketing: support in demand generation and field marketing initiatives (e.g., owned events).

  • Sales: develop, execute, and evaluate outbound strategies and tactics.

  • Market intelligence: Support in market studies and research interviews.

  • Automation: find ways to automate internal processes around go-to-market workflows.
