Instead of jumping between tools or wrestling with spreadsheets, marketers can focus on what matters: making confident, data-driven decisions that drive growth. Our platform is already the daily companion for 2,000+ marketers at companies like Uber, Udemy, and Delivery Hero, helping them unify dozens of data sources and reduce reporting time from days to minutes.
As we expand into new reporting capabilities and tackle increasingly complex challenges, we're looking for a Product Manager who can help us push the boundaries of what's possible in marketing analytics. You'll be instrumental in shaping how the next generation of marketing teams work with their data, creating experiences that make complex analysis feel natural and empowering.
What will you do? 🚀

End-to-end responsibility for the integration, transformations and reporting experiences :

Drive product strategy and feature development for the overall Clarisights product
A project that you work on may look like building a VLOOKUP experience to allow customers to map naming convention identifiers to dimensions (or) building a new reporting experience for the different creative strategies a customer is running
Own the complete user journey from concept to implementation, balancing powerful functionality with simplicity
Measure and iterate on features through user research, analytics, and direct customer feedback

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration and Organization-Wide Clarity
Work with Customer Success and GTM teams to understand business goals and customer priorities to create clear and actionable roadmaps
Partner closely with Engineering and QA teams to ensure the timely launch of impactful features launch with high quality standards

Become an Expert in Marketing Reporting:
Engage proactively with customers, customer success, and go-to-market (GTM) teams on understanding the evolving area of marketing analytics

What experience are we looking for?

You have PM experience for 5-8 years : preferably in a B2B SaaS company
with an experience of working closely with customer-facing (CS/GTM) and engineering/QA teams on leading projects end-to-end
You have a strong analytical background - with experience of using any data manipulation language (SQL/Python) to break down and solve a business problem with insights.
You are able to prototype on your own to understand feasibility of your recommendations

Hiring Process and Timeline
We aim to close the hiring process in 2-3 weeks from application to offer. The hiring process takes place in 5 stages, each of which is filtered:
First Call: A member of our Talent team will briefly talk to you to ascertain your interest and your suitability for the role
Round 1 : Discussion about your previous experience working with customers and your previous projects
Assignment: You will be given an assignment that will closely reflect your day-to-day work. You will connect with a peer to understand the expectations from the assignment. We expect applicants to revert with their submissions in a week
Final Interview: Your last interview & assignment presentation will take place in front of 1-2 members of our team
Offer and Closing: Finally you will meet a member of the talent team to close on your compensation details and date of joining. Welcome to Clarisights!
