Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of comprehensive test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Define and enforce QA standards, guidelines, and best practices across the team.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
  • Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work closely with developers for timely resolution.
  • Monitor and report on key QA metrics, including test coverage, defect rates, and automation efficiency.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
