About the Role:

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will develop and execute our revenue marketing strategy. This role will bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment across teams, maximize ROI, and meet organizational growth goals. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to ensure seamless alignment on goals, metrics, and initiatives that directly impact the sales pipeline and closed revenue.
  • Own the development and optimization of the marketing funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
  • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to track marketing effectiveness and ROI, providing insights to refine strategies.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to ensure effective lead nurturing and pipeline tracking.
  • Drive programs across digital, content, email, paid media, and events to generate qualified leads and fill the pipeline with revenue opportunities.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing programs, including digital advertising, email campaigns, content marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Develop targeted strategies to engage and convert high-value accounts through personalized, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging, seamless handoffs, and alignment on customer needs.
