About the Role:

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will develop and lead our product marketing strategy, evolving the awareness and growth, internally and externally, of ClassWallet products across our markets.

You will execute on the product marketing content strategy in collaboration with vertical marketing managers with creative development of assets for use across ClassWallet touchpoints to bring our story to life. The day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product development leaders, senior leadership, ClassWallet clients, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver the company’s product marketing vision to the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to achieve market penetration and the company’s revenue goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, launches, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials including product presentations, website content, case studies, and other content including digital, social media, and thought leadership to reach ClassWallet’s target audiences.
  • Develop and execute a plan to conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and pain points, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Work with customer support teams to gather customer and user feedback through surveys and usage data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to track key marketing metrics to ensure product launch success and campaign effectiveness.
